Harrison Chang, Managing Director

Harrison is a seasoned senior executive in the China digital media and broadcasting industry. Harrison has in depth understanding and unique vision of China video and digital media industry. His main expertise includes business planning, business development, channel development and management, and market research.

Prior to joining UBS, Harrison was Tektronix VPL Business Development Manager with strategic responsibility of forming and driving Tektronix China business planning. His responsibility also included the company's strategic projects and participation in industry standards activities. Before joining Tektronix, Harrison was PVR (professional video reseller) and Business Alliance Manager of Apple Computer. Harrison was instrumental for Apple China's video and software business. He built the entire facility and reseller network from scratch for Apple video business in China. Prior to Apple, Harrison was the China Country Manager of CSI, a US fiber optic communications and AV specialist company. Before CSI, Harrison joined Snell & Wilcox in the UK and worked as international sales manager for Greater China thenafter he was relocated to China and held China Country Manager position at Snell & Wilcox for four years.

Harrison holds a MBA degree from University of Hull and an Engineering degree from North East University of China.
Boris Lee, Technical Director
Boris is a well respected senior engineer and has 19 years experience in R&D and system engineering in China broadcasting and AV industry. His comprehensive expertise covers almost all technical facets of video and broadcasting systems including test & measurement, field production and post production, master control room, broadcasting system, non-linear editing network, MPEG compression, HDTV production systems, video scaling and display, and fiber optical transmission system. Before joining UBS, Boris served as technical manager for five years at Snell & Wilcox China office, where he took care of major accounts technical requirements, provided training and technical support to system integrators, and acted as the technical focal point of Snell & Wilcox in China.

Prior to Snell & Wilcox, Boris served four years as technical manager for Golden Mainland Productions which is a News Corporation Subsidiary, where he designed production studios, managed and was in charge of technical affairs of all live on air broadcasting services of many important sports events including Chinese National Football League games 1996-1999, PGA Hong Kong Golf Tour 1995-98, Hong Kong Handover 1997, and Badminton Thomas and Uber Cups, etc. Prior to Golden Mainland Production, Boris worked as a design engineer at Tianjin No. 2 Electronic Instrument Factory. By then, he was involved in both hardware and software design in various projects. Boris holds a Bachelor¡¯s degree in Electronic Engineering from Tianjin University, China.

Jintian Chang, Chief Consultant
Mr. Chang brings substantial experience and understanding of customer behavior of China broadcasting organizations. His tenure in the related businesses includes strong relationships with government, industry administration and associations as well as broadcasting organizations. Prior to joining UBS, Mr. Chang was the planning and financial director of Tianjin provincial TV & Radio Broadcasting Bureau. During his service at Tianjin Broadcasting Bureau, he served as the project director for two big projects: the 443 meter tall Tianjin TV broadcasting tower and the Tianjin TV & Radio News Center. Mr. Chang is also a senior engineer and expert in broadcasting transmission systems. He was a member of SARFT technical expert group for transmission technology. Prior to his 26 years experience with Tianjin Broadcasting Bureau, Mr. Chang worked for government as a senior engineer specializing in antenna and radar system. Mr. Chang holds a Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering from Xi An Electronics Science and Technology University, China
